Blu Gel opened it’s doors on the 1st of March 1999 by owners
Shantal Benecke & Stephen Pretorius. Blu Gel has grown day
by day, year by year. We recently celebrated our 25 years in
business in the same location. With ample off street parking &
500m away from the busy N3 and on a very busy road.

Through years of hard work and being consistent in our
service to clients, we have built a cliental base that stretch far
& wide, in their location, hair needs and demands.

We are a training salon, meaning we do our own inhouse
training of staff & have trained many a stylist to become a
trade tested qualified Stylist. This allowing them to achieve
their own goals, be it staying at the salon, starting their own
business, leaving for a different town or country, working on
cruise liners, TV work, what ever direction they want to take in
their career.
